How to Verify Your Certificate
Welcome to the Certificate Verification System! Follow these simple steps to verify your certificate:
- Locate the Serial Number on Your Certificate
- For Referee and Judge Certificates, the serial number is in the format:
UWMMAFRJC-000000
(Example: UWMMAFRJC-123456) - For Belt Certificates, the serial number is in the format:
UWMMAF-000000
(Example: UWMMAF-654321)
The unique serial number is printed on your certificate.
- For Referee and Judge Certificates, the serial number is in the format:
- Enter the Serial Number
- Type the full serial number exactly as printed on your certificate.
- If the serial number includes special characters like a dash (–), make sure to include them.
- The search is not case-sensitive, so you can use uppercase or lowercase letters.
- Submit Your Search
Press the Search button to verify your certificate details.
If the details match, your certificate information will be displayed. For any issues, please contact our support team.
Note: Ensure the serial number is entered correctly, including all letters, numbers, and special characters, to avoid errors.
